Dr. Andrew Cole MD
Specializing in Family Medicine with Residency experience in Pediatrics and Surgery. Dr. Cole is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, trained at Tod Children's Hospital, Youngstown and Forum Health-Northside Medical Center in OH. He has been practicing medicine since 1972.

Arif M. Rafi, M.D.
Dr. Rafi is board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He has over 20 years experience working in his specialty. He is the current Vice President of the Pennsylvania Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is also a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Pennsylvania Society of Anesthesiologists.
